30 Days of Fat Loss
This program will jump start your metabolism and ensure you become a fat burning machine. The first 14 days you must be consistent in order to get you metabolic and able to burn fat. You will need to workout with this program, there is no way around that. Weights and Cardio or HIIT is required. You will receive guidelines and suggestions for workouts. You will also receive a meal plan that makes sense to your weight, height and age.
