These will include Functional Fitness Training combined with a fusion of metabolic conditioning, barre & some Yoga. We evaluate what is best before we begin each session. Sessions are performed on site at Studio M. Michelle’s home studio.

Get in and out! This is for the busy bee or executive that has time constraints. A Quick 20-30 mins of Tabata, Metabolic Conditioning or HIIT sessions. These are power packed with moves that will leave you drenched in sweat. You must be in good condition to tolerate these sessions. Performed at Studio M, your home or outdoors!
Michelle will address ailments such as food allergies, chronic pain, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, obesity, menopause, adrenal fatigue, metabolic damage, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. An emphasis is on naturopathic remedies and the use of natural healing agents.
She will take your health history and find out about your diet, workouts, stress levels, symptoms and other health related patterns within your life. She will perform a light examination in order to set up a customized health management strategy.
A first visit is 60-90 minutes (in person is ideal, but can be done via Skype)
Includes a fusion of: fascia work to relieve your sore aching muscles. You will receive a relieving massage with or without clothes on, guided pranayama (breath work), some yoga/stretching movements and aromatherapy is optional. Very helpful and healing. Great for all, but especially helpful to those suffering from circulatory issues, headaches, fascia pain related issues, lack of energy and fibromyalgia.
Holistic Wellness System – 12 weeks
A Nutrition & Fitness Program appropriate for all levels. This is a great program for those in pain or suffering from fatigue. Beginning fitness enthusiasts or those who are returning after some time off and want to make a great comeback. It will balance your body and blend various modalities that address not just your body, but will relax your nervous system and enhance your metabolism.
