In addition to meal plans and exercise regimens on this 24 week program, training sessions are also included. Clients have the option choosing one 45-minute session per week or two 30 minute sessions.
Online Weight Management – 15 Weeks
This program is for those who have 30 or more pounds to lose and/or who are over 24% body fat. This program focuses on weight loss, body fat reduction and the gain of lean muscle in order to build a stronger fitness foundation. Meal Plans are flexible and modified to meet your lifestyle. Whether workouts are done on your own at home or in a workout facility will depend on workout equipment available. Once goals are accomplished, clients progress to the Accelerator Program for an additional 12-24 weeks depending on results desired. You can expect to lose 15-24 pounds, 3” off of your waist, and most troublesome body part and the loss of 6-12% body fat. This program includes weekly check ins, coaching via email and skype as needed, nutritional and exercise guidance including cardio.

Online Accelerator Program – 12 Weeks
Rev up your metabolism! This powerful combination of nutrition and exercise that will ensure you blast the body fat and gain lean muscle. In six weeks you will begin to see tone and shape! This program will sculpt and shape your body like no other. It guarantees success, but it is a no non-sense approach for those who are ready for a body and mind transformation. This is a follow on your own program that is very effective. You must have some exercise experience in order to be a candidate for this program. If you need supervision for your workouts, it may be better for you to do a nutrition only program and hire a personal trainer or work with one of our approved fitness professionals. In order to save money videos or the classes at your local gym or a fitness studio can be a great substitute option and is also highly suggested.

Assessment/Start Up
Your Assessment is the first step to getting started. They are mandatory in order to determine body composition. The Assessment includes a body fat reading, measurements, weight and body type. An intake questionnaire will be provided in order to better understand your lifestyle health, any injuries and patterns. This provides information necessary in order to create your program and give you valuable feedback whether you choose to do a program or not. Purchasing a program is optional after your Assessment is completed.

These will include Functional Fitness Training combined with a fusion of metabolic conditioning, barre & some Yoga. We evaluate what is best before we begin each session. Sessions are performed on site at Studio M. Michelle’s home studio.

Quickies – A.K.A. “Accelerators”– 20-30 mins
Get in and out! This is for the busy bee or executive that has time constraints. A Quick 20-30 mins of Tabata, Metabolic Conditioning or HIIT sessions. These are power packed with moves that will leave you drenched in sweat. You must be in good condition to tolerate these sessions. Performed at Studio M, your home or outdoors!
Whole Health & Weight Management Evaluation & Prescription
Michelle will address ailments such as food allergies, chronic pain, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, obesity, menopause, adrenal fatigue, metabolic damage, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. An emphasis is on naturopathic remedies and the use of natural healing agents.
She will take your health history and find out about your diet, workouts, stress levels, symptoms and other health related patterns within your life. She will perform a light examination in order to set up a customized health management strategy.
A first visit is 60-90 minutes (in person is ideal, but can be done via Skype)
Tension & Stress Relief Treatments
Includes a fusion of: fascia work to relieve your sore aching muscles. You will receive a relieving massage with or without clothes on, guided pranayama (breath work), some yoga/stretching movements and aromatherapy is optional. Very helpful and healing. Great for all, but especially helpful to those suffering from circulatory issues, headaches, fascia pain related issues, lack of energy and fibromyalgia.
Synergystics
Holistic Wellness System – 12 weeks
A Nutrition & Fitness Program appropriate for all levels. This is a great program for those in pain or suffering from fatigue. Beginning fitness enthusiasts or those who are returning after some time off and want to make a great comeback. It will balance your body and blend various modalities that address not just your body, but will relax your nervous system and enhance your metabolism.

Mind Body Workouts
Aren’t into training heavy and hard? This workout is for you and Includes meditation, yoga, massage, light weights, band and ball work. 30-90 min sessions and packages available.
30 Days of Fat Loss
This program will jump start your metabolism and ensure you become a fat burning machine. The first 14 days you must be consistent in order to get you metabolic and able to burn fat. You will need to workout with this program, there is no way around that. Weights and Cardio or HIIT is required. You will receive guidelines and suggestions for workouts. You will also receive a meal plan that makes sense to your weight, height and age.
The Michelle Method – Weight Loss Program
