Initial Assessment
An Initial Assessment is mandatory to gain an understanding of your medical history; supplementation routine; nutritional habits; lifestyle patterns; food intolerances/allergies; social and community influences; goals, blood work and a specific list of body compositions may be requested.
In some cases, you will be given a specific panel of blood work to have your doctor perform. Both, blood work and a thorough health and lifestyle intake can give a bigger picture. This helps Michelle understand what me be at the root of the problem and can help her gain a detailed understanding of any underlying conditions or imbalances.
Assessment rate: $150 per hour (without the purchase of a program
