How old are you?

Forever 29

 

What are your hobbies?
Yoga, Fashion, Beauty and Travel. I also do love my fitness and food!

 

What made you choose the profession you have?

It chose me, when I was 21. It was meant to be. 

 

What do you enjoy doing outside of your profession?

 I love fashion design, modeling, photography and anything which is a bit more earthly and artistic.

 

Share a hardship have you overcome in your life that taught you the most and what did you learn (1 paragraph only)?

My father disowned me when I was 17. He kicked me out on the street and took me away from my 3 brothers. I spent years in a deep dark depression and suffered from addiction and several diseases. I overcame all of this through Yoga and diving into the spiritual. Now I run a very successful business as a Teacher and help people overcome all kinds of issues. It taught me to be strong, and that some things in life are beyond our control. 

 

What have you learned about your body and mind and what it needs to succeed when it comes to your goals, whatever they are weight management or other?

More than anything else, I need to relax. That is the key to weight loss and happiness for me. I tend to do too much of everything.

 

Who inspires you and do you have any mentors?

I love models, sorry to say. They inspire me because of their beauty. I love people who have come really far in their life, but I love Jennifer Lopez just as much as I love B.K.S. Iyengar (famous Yoga guru). I am not stuck in one reality. 

 

What would you like others to know that you have learned about in life (no more than 2 sentences)

You are a powerful creator and you have the power to design your dream life. Go for it!

 

What are your future dreams, aspirations or hopes?

I am in the process of becoming a fashion designer. I have dedicated 10 years to Yoga and feel I have reached a peak in that career, and still building on it. I will never stop Yoga but am yearning to do something with my create vision, and build a fashion brand. 

 

Who would you like to thank?

Myself, my ex boyfriend Jesper, and my angels.

 

How did you hear about Michelle?

I found her online, I think I saw her first on Facebook

 

What made you use Michelle as a coach?

She’s one of these very interesting personalities and a beautiful woman who obviously is very knowledgable. I felt she was the right person to train me. 

 

What did you gain by using this program?

Mostly muscle 🙂

 

What did you like most about this program?

It was very balanced and I could eat

 

What did you find most challenging about the program?

The eating every 3 hours, the constant cardio

 

What has been the reason for your recent body mind and spirit transformation – share some of the journey that has brought you to where you are today? (short paragraph) any other programs that worked or experiences outside of mine are good to include?

The reason for my transformation has always been unhappiness. When I’m not happy with something in life, I desire to change it. I wasn’t happy with my body, and it was a reflection of my spirit. I was stressed and spiritually drained. It was time to do something, so I called on Michelle to get me started.
