Hi! I am Michelle.
Welcome to my Mind, Body & Spirit Resource Center.
I don’t believe in coincidence. I believe in Synchronicity. In fact, all the credentials I have acquired, happened by default. It has been an exciting journey becoming me and doing all that I do. See below…

Here is a little detail about me and how I came to be…
My teens through my mid-thirties were always a struggle. I lived unsure of myself and I was uncomfortable in my own skin. I had doubt, fear, panic attacks and suffered from PTSD, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and abuse. I had been through a lot at an early age due to some family struggles. I became a yo-yo dieter and never had control of my body, mind or personal well-being.
I was raised in LA and moved to the East Coast to be near my relatives in Bethesda, MD at age 21. This is where my daughter was born and raised. I started out as a single parent. Eventually got married and divorced at age 32. Going through divorce lead to radical change. I knew something was wrong needed to change. I now was taking my life lessons seriously. I left my multi-millionaire husband and the majority of my assets and started completely over. Regardless of my desire to not bring toxic relationships into my life, I was a beacon for them. The subconscious is a powerful thing.
For many years, I worked as a cosmetologist. Eventually, I gave up my hair and makeup career to become an executive assistant and high tech writer and editor. I got tired of the stress of corporate America and eventually opened my own business called, “Massage Express, LLC” and developed many spas and health clubs. I learned how to manage my time and people well. I gave massages to high profile athletes in the NBA, NFL and NHL. Over time, I became a yoga teacher and somehow evolved into becoming and eventually became an International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) Professional.
Life began to look up and catapulted after I did my first Bodybuilding Show in 2002 at age 34. I developed the discipline to train and diet in a way I never could before. I had a coach! The coach gave me a blueprint and held me accountable. We were a team and I was not just left to my own vices or trying to figure the information out. I became very successful in the sport. I competed in fitness, figure, and bikini.
The majority of my success happened though because I had a shift in my mindset. I also became a sought after competition coach for hundreds of athletes. For this all to happen, I had to focus and eliminate the people and situations that were distractions to my efforts. I became very strong and determined to overcome my circumstances and continue to develop myself successfully.
“I had to eliminate my own bullshit excuses, negative self-talk, lies and ineffective habits.”
I became a respected businesswoman and authority in the fitness industry, I was speaking nationally; coaching; became a published writer for Fitness Magazines and I was wide AWAKE! This was when I developed my brand, MichelleFitness.com, which became Michelle Enterprises, LLC, Quickfitrx.com and Team-Knockouts.com.
This time in my life was surreal. When I said yes to something out of comfort zone, it was a defining moment. It gave me a sense of purpose. Over time, I worked for some of the nation’s largest fitness centers, running group exercise, personal training, weight management and wellness. I was speaking to the heads of health clubs at IHRSA and Club Industry. I became a keynote speaker for hospitals on mind-body mobility and how they can help cancer patients before and after treatment.
I am grateful.
Before all of this, some things were natural for me…
“I had have always been a high achiever, a lover of all things spiritual and a nurturer. I mothered long before I was a mother. I had a thirst to learn and loved being a student. But, I did not know my life purpose and it was unclear what was driving me…”
Living in Maryland gave me the ability to help my grandparents, who were a big part of my life. I supported them through their final breaths. I realized it takes a very unique and special person to take care of people and to watch them pass. It was not something I ever thought twice about, I did it because they loved me and I wanted to love them back.
I made sacrifices to be their caretaker and gave up corporate fitness. After they passed away in their 90’s, I eventually made a comeback into the industry as a fitness professional and competitor once again.
Through the years, I developed resilience. I never quit. As a granddaughter, I learned to serve others. My parents taught me to be creative with my life and to be careful of addictions. Being a single mother, I learned to survive and be resourceful.
In my heart…
No matter how tough life gets, I hung in there for my child. You can check out Kaileys VLOGS on YouTube (KEEPING UP WITH KAILEY). She is now becoming an influencer sharing tips and suggestions with others about things she finds helpful and enjoys doing.
Most of us want to feel our lives made a difference or had a purpose on some level. I was determined to do something great with my life. I used Creative Visualization, Meditation, and Prayer. I learned a lot by reading and doing Yoga. I had some brilliant teachers and am grateful that I enjoyed being a student. Being open to new ways of being made all the difference.
I continued to do self-development. My Yoga hours are now beyond 1000. My certifications over 30 of them. The roles I have held and opportunities have become countless. I’ve experienced self-created abundance.
I am now proud to say that I am a person who helps others manifest their desires and dreams. I developed a level of compassion that doesn’t have me looking at others with judgment, but humanness and love. I believe it’s imperative to be transparent, in order to, serve others in the highest way.
“My obstacles transcended into stepping stones and I discovered that we all have a uniqueness that can create magic!”
Yes, my life was full of curve balls and hardships, but as a result, I now have the tools, resources, knowledge, and credentials to help you. My toolbox is full. I still have my struggles. We all do. What I gained from all of this is the ability to help YOU!
Are you ready to fall in love with yourself and your life?
In order to thrive in this world, you must bring your whole self to the table and learn as much as you can about the patterns that hold you back. It may be your personal story. There are lessons to be learned in your biggest challenges and how you came to be.
If you do not feel called to be a student of mine, then I am not meant to be your teacher. I am ready for those who are tired of fighting the same battle and want radical changes to start happening now!
