Body Fat Reduction
This program focuses not on weight loss, but unhealthy body fat that can wreck havoc on your health. You will learn the type of exercise and nutritional needs that will make all the difference. Your lifestyle and preferences are considered and reviewed during your Assessment.
Next Phase – Over 40
This program will help you balance your hormones after 40. You will learn how to eat and move in a way that is age appropriate.
How long your program will be is determined during your Assessment and is relative to your goals. Length of time and pricing will be determined during your Assessment.

Once you determine the program that you want, reach out to Michelle. Be sure to mention what your personal goal is based on what you read above and any other areas you would like to focus on.
You will be given the option to purchase a full program for the length of time that is suggested or you can opt to do one-on-one sessions with Michelle and have your coaching done that way. During one on one sessions you will be verbally coached versus having a program created for you. During your INITIAL ASSESSMENT you will receive all the details you need to succeed!
